New Products Discoveries

Yesterday was the day of new products discoveries for me. The boyfriend took me to see the new Pixar movie "Up". Go see if you haven't, it's such a cute movie :) And for those in the Bay Area, you'll find a nice surprise mention in the end that reminded me to get ice cream there soon :p

While waiting for the movie to start, we wondered around the mall, and of course, I had to stop by Sephora and LUSH :) I didn't want to buy anything since I am still on Project 20 Pan. But a girl can always window-shop and dream right? ^_^

At Sephora, I got a sample of the ghd Fat Hair Lotion For All-Over Volume, I had read the excellent reviews on Sephora website. Since I am always on the lookout for the "magical potion" to make my thin, flat hair more volumized, I decided to give this one a try. All you need to do is apply a small amount through damp, tower-dried hair, and then blow dry. Simple eh? I tried it last night, and it really did make a difference that even lasted after I woke up this morning. On top of that, it made my hair really soft and shiny looking, unlike some products that are sticky or feels hard on the hair. Usually no matter what volumizing technique I try, my hair falls flat at the end of the day. But so far, Fat Hair Lotion hasn't failed on me yet. I think this is a new love! I am definitely purchasing the full size bottle as soon as I can buy!!! But I hear that this product is always out of stock on, hopefully when I am ready to buy, it'll be available! *cross fingers*. Before then, I guess I am stuck with flat hair :(

EDIT: it's almost 4:30PM in the afternoon right now, and my hair still looks fresh and puffy! So excited :D

Then at LUSH, the bf re-stocked on his favorite facial cleanser, Coalface. He did a guest review in my post here

Being the nice person that he is, he insisted on getting me something as well, so I picked up the Silky Underwear dusting powder that I've been lemming for a while. He also bought another dusting powder for my best friend :p

I couldn't wait to put on my "Silky Underwear" after shower last night. :p :p :p It smelled heavenly and I love how it mattifies my skin, keeps it dry yet lightly moisturizes. EDIT: This product works like a baby powder but with much nicer smell, you can use it to dust all over your body on a hot day, or just if you want to smell nice. It also helps to get rid of that greasy feeling you get after using a LUSH message bar, so it mattifies your skin. You could also use this as a dry shampoo for your hair. This is another LUSH product that works for me, and I will be purchasing the other kinds of dusting powders soon :)

I will do a more thorough review of these two products in the future. Right now I just couldn't wait to share my excitement about finding two new products that I love!

Hope you all are having a relaxing weekend! ^_^

Jewelry Making + Tags + Prizes

I am so glad we had a long Memorial Day weekend, I really needed that extra day off to relax and catch some sleep. And because we didn't have to go to work on Monday, the bf and I decided to go have some fun Sunday night by eating hotpot at 10PM and then singing Karaoke afterwards. Well, it's more like I sung and he watched, haha. I want a Karaoke buddy :) If anyone is interested to come sing K with me next time, let me know!!

This weekend, I also found a new hobby!!! I've always been interested in jewelry making, especially seeing all the pretty pieces many blogger girls made, I fell in love with Swarvoski crystal pendants :) Michael's had a Memorial Day 20% off sale, so I got out of bed super early and dragged the bf out of the house to get some supplies.

Since I am a noob at doing this, it took me a while to find all the supplies I needed to make a complete necklace/bracelet. But thankgoodness I got everything and didn't have to make a second trip out.

And from all those ...  turned into these a couple hours later:

4 neckaces, 2 pairs of earrings, and a bracelet. And a LOT of pink! hahaha. What can I say, it's my favorite color :)

First the earrings:

Then the bracelet, which matches the second earrings:

And the necklaces, the first necklace also matches the bracelt and the second pair of earrings. They are a set together :)

I wore the first necklace out today, the Swarvoski crystals look so shiny under the sun!

Last but not least, A mommy and baby heart necklace for a special friend, who also shares the same love for pink and all things cute, you know who you are :p This is also my favorite piece out of everything I made yesterday:

All packed and ready for the new owner:

I had so much fun making my first batch of jewelries, and I really love how sparkly, colorful, and elegant those Swarvoski crystal pendants are. I am glad to have found a new hobby. I just got more supplies last night and I'll be making more later. haha can you tell I am addicted? :D

I've heard great reviews from many blogger girls about these Revlon ones. Thanks so much Jen!!!

Yay for long weekend! Are you doing anything fun this weekend? I am totally jealous of Mel for going to Vegas, I want to goooo! :D

Today's post will be an assortment of random updates.

First of all, food! Last Friday, AbcgrrrL and I went to food and window shopping in SF Japantown, and I bought these beautiful and yummy looking mochis from Nippon-ya. Not only were the boxes pretty, the nochis themselves were too cute to be eaten!

White Bean Jam Bun (Higo no Ponpoko Temariuta)

Cherry Flavored Arrowroot Mochi with White Bean (Sakura Kuzu Mochi)

Also in Japantown, I brought home some mochi crunch (Arare), because I've been dying to try out the ever so popular Hawaiian Hurricane Popcorn that Wuzzy made all the blogger girls drool :) Unfortunately those cute packages of special popcorn are not readily available around where I live. Thankfully, Wuzzy kindly wrote about how to make your own hurricane popcorn at home, of course I was eager to try it out!

What do ya think? Lightly buttered fresh popped popcorn with mochi crunch and furikake with a sprinkle of seaweed, and dust of Li-Hing Mui Powder. Tastes 1000X better than my regular old popcorn, YUMMO!!!

Then yesterday, my best friend from college came to town to visit us, and she brought me birthday presents! To my surprise, she gave me a big box of See's Candies Lollypops, my favorite!!! and another box of chocolates, which I couldn't wait to try out as soon as I got home. Chocolate = happy me! :D

Something beauty related -- my nails from the other day. This was my first SUCCESSFUL attempt at doing any sort of designs without the help of stick-on nail arts! hahaha :) I used the LA Colors Art Deco Nail Lacquer in White on top of a pink nailpolish. Hopefully I can practice and do more complicated designs on my nails later, I want to be as good as Nikki! She's so talented with doing nail designs :)

Finally, an update on Project No-Buy Ban. As of 5/20, AbcgrrrL and I decided that we would be good girls and go for Project 20 instead. Of course, we are including skincare items in our project, which are obviously easier and faster to use up than makeup :) The goal we are aiming for is to give our half-used-sitting-in-the-corner products one more chance and finish them so they don't go to waste. I am sure a lot of you girls are guilty of the same thing :) We all love to try out different products, most of the time even before finishing our current ones. As a result, we have half used products that slowly get neglected. Please join us on our project and rediscover some old loves :) Of course, you don't have to do 20 if you don't want to, haha, every little bit counts :)

I've been doing quite good with mine, last time I counted I already have about 10 products and counting! I am so glad to be finishing off some produts that were half used, and finding out that they weren't so bad after all :) It also helped me control my impulsive purchases on new products, esp. when I think about all the ones I still need to finish. The more I use up, the more room I'll have for new hauls in the near future, right? :) I'll update you with pictures and short reviews of some of my used up products in the next post, please stay tuned!

The BF Review: LUSH Coalface Cleaser

Today, I am inviting the bf to do a review on the LUSH Coalface Cleaser. He's been using it for a couple weeks and loving it. He's almost done with his tiny bar in the shower, so I thought I'd ask him for his opinions on this face soap. Too bad his used up products won't count as part of my no-buy ban, hahaha :]

According to LUSH website:

Removes impurities and tones combination skin
Who would have thought charcoal and liquorice could get along? One is tough and gritty, the other sweet and syrupy. But charcoal and liquorice could just be the odd couple of skin care, teaming up to fight oily, troubled skin in our Coalface cleanser. Powdered charcoal removes impurities and mildly exfoliates while liquorice heals naturally. Sandalwood oil tones the skin (and mediates should charcoal and liquorice disagree about anything).

Moisten the cleansing bar with water and rub in your hands to create a lather. Apply to your face in a gentle, circular motion, rinse thoroughly, pat dry.

Liquorice Root Decoction (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Propylene Glycol, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Sodium Stearate, Rosewood Oil (Aniba rosaeordora), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Powdered Charcoal, Sandalwood Oil (Santalum album), Glycerine, Sodium Chloride, EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, *Linalool, Perfume, Silver Edible Lustre (Potassium aluminum silicate, Titanium dioxide, Iron oxides and hydroxides).

Where to buy:

LUSH stores or, $10.95 for 3.5 oz, which will last you quite a while. Also if you go to the store, you can ask the store clerk to cut you however big (or small) of a piece you wanted.

What the bf thinks of LUSH Coalface:

"I really like this soap, it is my favorite so far. I love the smell, and how clean my face feels afterwards. My face feels tight and squeaky clean, and I love that feeling, compared to the slippery feeling some soap gave me afterward.

I also like the "particles" inside of the soap, makes my face feels smooth.

I want more after I'm done with this."

What Lulu thinks of LUSH Coalface:

First of all, yay for getting the bf addicted to a LUSH product. More excuse for me to shop at LUSH later, to "replenish the bf's face wash". hahaha :p

I originally bought the Coalface because I've heard it is good for oily to combination skin like mine, and is very effective to prevent breakouts. I used it once, and didn't like the smell one bit. To me, it smelled like dirt. The bf disagrees, he loves the small, haha. I still preferred my Angles on Bare Skin face cleaser and use that daily. Since the bf has been eyeing on my Coalface (he asked me several times where that BLACK soap I bought from LUSH went before I even took it out of the bag to use it), I gladly gave the bar for him to use :)

The soap lathers up quite nicely, and does make your face feel really clean afterwards. I've also noticed that ever since the bf started using it daily, I haven't seen him breaking out much on his face.
My bf has normal to dry skin. I believe this soap is more suitable for people with combination skin. But he insists on using it everyday during shower, and I haven't really seen his skin dry out and flake. Plus it was one more reason to convince him to use moisturizer on his face daily. He's slowly learning the proper steps to take care of his skin :)

So try the LUSH Coalface if you wanted something to help you to clear up complexion and wash away excess oil on your face. Plus the fine particles in the soap makes a nice exfoliator, yet gentle enough for everyday use. Also, since there are no "girly" smells in this product, it is suitable for both men and women to help reduce pimples and unclog pores.

Weekend Recap: Japantown Fun & SF Blogger Meet

Hello Monday! After a long day at work today, I am going to cheer myself up by updating my blog and organizing all the pictures from the SF Blogger Met that Fuz hosted Friday night!

Since the blogger meet was at 9PM on Friday, Abcgrrrl and I decided to take off work early during the day and hang out in SF beforehand. She picked me up on her way up to the bay and we headed out for Japantown!

I had so much fun hanging out with Abcgrrrl. We never knew we had so much in common, and we had so much things to say to each other. She is like my long lost best friend and I'm so glad that we found each other! She was such a sweetie and brought me presents, look at all that yummies she gave me!

The Li Hing Sour Apples is the yummiest thing ever! I am so addicted to it, in fact I am chewing on it as I am updating right now.

We stopped by every little stores in Japantown and admired cute stuff on the shelves, especially anything that reminded us of our kitties (we are both cat lovers). We both bought a bunch of yummy snacks. Look at the pretty packaging on these mochi boxes!

For dinner, she took me to her favorite Pho spot in town. They serve the yummiest chicken pho ever. If you are ever in SF, go get pho from Turtle Tower Restaurant!

After dinner, we drove to Bubble Lounge and were SUPER excited to be able to finally meet Fuz in person! It was also sooooo much fun to meet all the other bloggers and readers in the SF area. I had such wonderful times that night!

These two pictures are from Mihoko's super cool portable printer. She was nice enough to print out multiple copies and gave each one of us some souvenirs to take home!

With Abcgrrrl and Fuz, Fuz is so gorgeous, and super tall! hahaha. Shoulda wore my high heels that night :p

Posing with our shots of kamikaze!

Some of us outside of Bubble Lounge before parting. Lookie all the Sephora bags :)

We all got generous presents from Fuz!

How did you know I've been wanting to try Boscia green tea blotting linens for ages?! Thank you so much! All your presents will be put to good use :) I am so glad you liked the stickers I gave you, haha and thanks for the compliment!

Olivia also brought goodie bags for all of us. Thank you so much girl! That See's candy lolli is my favorite! It was gone as soon as I got home that night :) It was so wonderful to meet you!

This was my first time meeting other bloggers in person. I had a great time meeting them, and they are all so amazing! Even though it was everyone's first time meeting, but we all connected and acted like long time friends : ) Thanks so much Fuz for having all of us together, please come back to SF soon so we could all do this again!!!

Thanks so much to Audrie and her lovely boyfriend for giving me a ride home. Not only did we find out that we go to the same school, but that we are neighbors!!! We literally live in the building right next to each other, and I pass by her window all the time on my way home!!! hahaha such a small world, we were both shocked once we found out how close we live to each other. It was so nice to meet you Audrie, good luck on your finals and I hope we can hang out again soon!

Silk Whitia Mask Sheets Review

Today I will talk about my reactions to two Silk Whitia products, thanks again to Mayaari for giving them to me!

1) Silk Whitia Whitening Essence Mask

This is a paper mask sheet intended for single use only. It is soaked full of essence goodness. This mask is the best sheet mask I've ever tried so far, it fits my face very well, the essence has a sticky texture which helps the mask to adhere on my face perfectly. After 20 minutes, I took it off and rinced my face. Wow, I saw instant brightening effect! My skin felt brighter and my pores seemed to have tightened. I love the immediate result I could see from using this mask, and even next morning after I woke up, my face felt very smooth.

The only downside about this mask is that it is a bit short on my forehead and nose so it doesn't cover completely, but it's a great fit everywhere else on my face, so I am not going to complain.

This mask is LOOOOOVE! I am putting this in my basket for my next order at Sasa. Silk Whitia line also carries a few more different kinds of sheet mask, I want to try them all!

2) Silk Whitia Collagen Eye Mask

This is a paper mask for the eye area. Diana (aka Mayaari) told me it looks like a batman mask, hahaha she's right. Unlike the eye masks that I've used before, which are just two tiny moon shaped paper to be placed underneath the eyes, this mask comes in one whole piece and covers all around the eyes. I really like the coverage this mask offers. Like the Whitening Essence mask, this eye mask also adheres to my face perfectly w/out slipping. My eyes felt very comfortable while having the mask on. 20 minutes later, I took off the mask and rinced off the residue around my eyes, and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. I couldn't tell if it had any immediate results at first, but then I looked closely at the bridge of my nose where the edge of the mask was, and I saw this line across my nose. Where the mask covered up for 20 minutes had less visible pores and looked brighter compared to the rest of the nose that wasn't covered! The good thing is this didn't last forever otherwise I'd be going out w/ a two-toned nose :)

Overall, I am very pleased with the Silk Whitia line, and I can't wait to try more of their products! You could purchase Silk Whitia from

I finish today's post w/ my lip of the day:

Napoleon Perdis Protege Lip Gloss, it looks orange in the tube but comes out a peachy nude color on my lips. It applies smooth, has a minty taste, and is not sticky. I like it so far :)

I am so excited about the SF blogger meet tomorrow!!! :D

Tag: A letter to my younger self :) & a review

Hi there, happy Monday! It's soooo0 hot and sunny in the bay area today, and the weather forecast predicted that it'll get even warmer as the weekend approaches. So Fuz, SF will welcome you w/ good weather this weekend! :)

Yinnie started a new tag, and thanks for tagging me to do it as well sweetie! The tag is to write a letter to my 16-yr-old self, and tag 5 people to do the same thing afterwards. I thought this would be really fun to write, so here it is:

Dear 16-yr-old Lulu:

I am writing # years on from you right now! (note: hehe, let's just say it's been more than 5 years :p) You are such a hardworking girl, and you are so determined to be the best that you can and make your parents proud.

You are just introduced to makeup, but you rarely wear it out to school because you don't like to be judged by others in this big, traditional midwest school. You would sometimes sneak into the bathroom after your parents would be already sleeping, and play with your limited supply of lipsticks, blush, and eyeshadows. You didn't even know how to use a mascara and you can't draw an eyeliner on for the life of you. But don't get frustrated, because practice will make perfect, and you will get much better! You might think that it's shameful to be into makeup and your parents will tell you that you should put the time into studying instead. But my advise to you is, there's nothing wrong to looking beautiful. Makeup won't harm your skin when used and removed properly. So go on, explore, but most importantly, learn the proper skin care technique. There are ways to make your oily t-zone more matte, and there are also ways to get rid of all the annoying clogged pores on your nose. Just a facewash won't remove all your makeup completely, and in the long run all the leftover products will only harm your skin. So don't be stingy and invest in a good makeup remover! Your 2# yr-old self will only thank you # years from now on!

Also, I wanted to thank you for being so determined and hardworking. All your extracurricular activities and the countless number of hours of volunteer works will really pay off in the long run. They will help you to be the person you will become years from now. That volunteer work you are doing as a radio announcer is the coolest thing ever, don't give it up, you will cherish this experience for the rest of your life. It's okay that you are spending long hours studying at home, staying after school to finish up that science project, or dreaming of becoming the validictorian of your graduating class. Because I know you can do it! And you will end up attending the college of your dreams and really love it here! Also, it's okay if you don't know what you want to study in college, and it's okay to put majors from English to History to Architecture to Engineering to Business on different college applications when you are applying because you'll never know until you try. But trust me girl, you are better suit to go into science than humanities :p

And that boy you have the biggest crush on in school? It's not worth wasting time over him. There's no need to secretly observe his every move in class, or blush when he comes towards you in the hall way, or write his name over and over again on a piece of paper when you are day dreaming. Because you will eventually find your true love later in life when the time is right, and you will see him and know that he is THE ONE.

Last but not least, make sure to spend as much time as you could with your parents. Don't argue and fight with them too much. Talk to them and get to know them better. Because once you leave for college, it'll be hard to see them often again. Cherish all the time you can with your parents, because you know that they are the most important people to you in the entire world, and they will miss you dearly once you grow up and move half way across the country.

Keep up the good work and never doubt yourself. Just go out and have fun, learn, and live happily! You are only 16 once, so make the best of it!

So that was my very cheesy letter. I hope I didn't bore you with that, hahaha. Now I need to tag 5 more pretty ladies to do this:

What! only 5! I need to tag all you ladies to do this :) So write a letter, it's funnn :D

Now that the tag is done, let me do a mini review of the Laneige Strawberry Yogurt Pack

I received a sample of this cream mask when I purchased my Laneige Stawberry Yogurt Peeling Gel. The peeling gel serves more as an exfoliating product, while the pack serves as a facial mask that you leave on your face for a few minutes couple times a week. This product is said to have strawberry and yogurt extract for smooth and radiant skin. It's a doubly reinforced, highly enriched strawberry yogurt care, and is suitable for all skin types.

The full size product comes in a 80 ml jar compared to the 150 ml squeeze tube for the peeling gel. Both product are pink and smells/looks just like yummy strawberry yogurt! Don't put this in your fridge w/out a big warning sign or someone in the house might think it's strawberry yoguft and eat it! haha :)

This product could be purchased from for $21.40. If you have an Amore store near you, you could also find it there. Amazon has it for $25. Just do a Google search to find a website/store that will ship to you!

What the product says:
-Yogurt extract makes skin soft and strawberry extract gives a clean and healthy appearance.
-The larger capsule contains mineral water (w/ tomato, kiwi, grape, banana, and lemon extracts and essential minerals including calcium, magnesium, and zinc) and lactic acid bacterial for an added nutrition and moisture to your skin. (note: sounds more and more like a food product to me, hahaha :p)
-Vitamin E ingredients contained in the smaller capsule are absorbed into skin to make it smoother and healthier.

How to use:
-Use after cleansing and toning.
-Apply appropriate amount (3cm in diameter) over the face. Massage gently until the red particles have completely dissolved.
-Wait 5-10 minutes after massage and then rinse off with warm water.
-Use one or twice a week.

My thoughts:

The product is easy enough to use. I gently massaged the product all around my face and the red capsules will pop open to release the goodies inside. The smell is heavenly on my face. After 10 minutes of waiting, I rinced it off, and my skin felt smooth and well moisturized. Even though the product is said to be suitable for all skin types, I personally think it might be a bit rich for oily/combo skins like myself. But using it occasionally, especially on the days when  my skin feels drier and flaky, is okay.

This mask reminds me of my homemade yogurt mask, which I posted about here. The lactic acid in yogurt is a really good thing for your skin, and helps with cell renewal to make your skin more smooth and radiant. I love how this Laneige product has even more yummy ingredients added in, it'll definitely make your skin happy.

I like this product, mainly because it's so yummy and very easy to use, which is very suitable for a busy girl like me. Now that I've tried the sample, I think I will go purchase the full sized one in the future. There are just so many wonderful products from Laneige that I wanted to try. My no-buy-ban needs to be over soon so I could try them all! :)

Requested Review: Suzuran Attirer Puff

We had such a beautiful weather here today. The bf and I have been relaxing at home, we were both exhausted from all the work we had during the week. Look who came to our balcony and paid us a visit today?

The squirrel was looking for food on our balcony, I have no idea how he/she managed to jump over here because the closest tree branch to the edge of the balcony was still pretty far away. For a while my kitty and the squirrel was doing a staring contest with each other, I'm sure both of them were amused by the other and were wondering what they were, haha :)

Today I am doing a review requested by the lovely Ning*star. She wanted me to talk a little bit more about the Suzuran Attirer cotton puffs that I purchased in my recent Sasa haul

Before I discovered these Japanese made cotton puffs, I have been using the Delon+ Premium Cotton Rounds from Costco (manufactured in Germany). However they have discontinued selling those in their warehouses and I couldn't find them anywhere anymore. It was then that I had to resort to find my next best cotton pad to help me apply toners and remove makeup everyday.

The Delon+ cotton rounds are said to have soft edges and lint free. They are also dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. It claims to be soft, lint-free, remains its shape, more absorbent, less shredding. They come in a pack of 100, and costs about $1.80 per pack if I remember correctly, definitely less than 2 dollars per pack. The product is made with 100% cotton, and also claims to contain aloe vera and provitamin B5. I've used this for quite a while (anyone who shops at Costco knows their stuff always comes in huge packs, I think this particular product comes in 9 pack boxes, so 9x100=900 cotton rounds = long time! haha :)

When I could no longer purchase these from Costco, I resorted to a few online forums in hope to find the next best alternative. Someone recommended the Suzuran Attirer puffs from Japan. They could be purchased online from You could choose from a selection of various sizes, ranging from 90 per pack to 240 per pack. They also carry a few deluxe versions, I think those are bigger sized cotton pads, or maybe thicker, I've never tried them. I bought the 240 pcs per pack one, which costs $1.80 each. That is such a steal! Usually I use 2 pads per day for applying toners, about 2-3 per day for removing makeup, add a few more for weekly nail polish remover, one pack of this will last me well more than a month, for only $1.80. I was sold when I saw the price tag. But what made me want to try them even more was the rave reviews on the website. It is also made with 100% cotton, and has a size of 5cm x 6cm. Here is its description from the website:

"Made from a selection of 100% pure cotton raw material, treated according to the most modern processes, it is absolutely neutral, bleached without optical azuring."

When I feel them both in my hand, the Suzuran one was obviously softer to the touch. The Delon+ one feels denser packed, and is harder to tear apart. Both claims to be lint-free, so I put them to test by wetting them with water and rubbing them back and forth on my hand with pressure. Both held up their shape and did not shed. Don't you hate it when your cotton puff leaves traces of lint on your face!

Putting them up side by side, the Delon+ one on top, and Suzuran on bottom, it is obvious that the Suzuran one is bigger. The Delon+ seems slightly thicker than the Suzuran one. But is the extra thickness needed? Despite how thin the Suzuran one is, it absorbs liquid very well. This is a huge plus for cotton puffs because that means we don't end up wasting as much of those expensive toners or makeup removers. Instead of getting all absorbed onto the cotton which will later be thrown away, the Suzuran one takes very little liquid yet feels moist enough to be adequately used for our purpose.

Also when applied against my sensitive eyelids, the Delon+ one felt a bit more scratchy than Suzuran. Suzuran felt extremely soft and light.

Suzuran has 2 textured sides that could easily be separated into two:

And from the 2, it could then be easily separated into...

4 paper thin pieces, w/ no lint flying all over:

This added advantage means that you could soak Suzuran in your favorite toner and apply onto face as a paper mask. I know soaking paper masks into toner as daily sheet mask is very popular in Asia, but those tablet masks are really hard to find here in the US. When I run of of sheet mask, I could just dip Suzuran into some rose water toner and stick them on my face. How versatile!

Let's try the same with Delon+:

I peeled really carefully but still couldn't clearly separate the cotton pad w/out the messy result, also you can clearly see that it's probably not a good idea to stick those on your face as masks because the messy lint will be all over your face.

So here is my review for the Suzuran Attirer Puff cotton pads, it is extremely soft and durable. It's very absorbant, and leaves no strands of fiber on your face. Plus, it could double as a paper mask. Best of all, it is very cheap at $1.80 for 240 of them.

Many of you might wonder how it compares to the CS Being cotton that's sold at many Asian markets in the US. It comes in a pack of 222 sheets. I've also used those in the past. It's not bad. Although compared to Suzuran, it felt more flimsy, and will deform and stretch easily. The Suzuran ones hold up liquid very well w/ out the soggy feeling. If you are planning on ordering from anytime soon, add a few packs of Suzuran, I promise you won't be disappointed :) Everytime I order something from Sasa, I always tend to add a few packs of these to stock up. Plus it's an easy thing to buy to gather up to the $75 free shipping deal :p Also, they are out of stock often, you could set an email alert and Sasa will send you an email when it's back in stock so you could go purchase them before they are out again :)

That's it girls, hope you all are having a fun weekend! :)
